1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the trailconvoy.com website (the "Site"), which is operated by Trail Convoy, LLC ("TrailConvoy," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is informational: it describes our product, lets you contact us, and lets you start a club.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. The TrailConvoy product is covered separately
These Terms do not govern use of the TrailConvoy club management application or any related hosted services. Access to the product is provided to clubs under a separate Services Agreement and product Terms of Service, which you will be asked to review and accept before your club is provisioned and onboarded. Topics such as member data, digital waivers, dues processing, fleet registry, live GPS tracking, and convoy management are addressed in those documents.
3. Information you submit through the Site
When you use our contact form or start a club, you provide information such as your name, email address, club name, location, your signature on the Service Agreement, and any message you choose to send. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it's yours to share, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.
Submission of a form is a request to contact you or to begin onboarding your club. It does not, by itself, create a contract for the TrailConvoy product. Any product engagement is finalized in the separate Services Agreement.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site to send spam, abusive, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content; to attempt to disrupt or probe the Site's security; to scrape or harvest content or contact information in bulk; or to use automated tools to submit forms. We may block submissions, restrict access, or remove content at our discretion.
5. Site content and intellectual property
The Site's content — including the TrailConvoy name and logo, copy, photography, illustrations, and design — is owned by Trail Convoy, LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trail Convoy, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Information submitted through the Site is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
