// Version 2.0
Your club's look across the whole member site, one Event Builder from planning to check-in, and a new way to get every member signed in.
// The Tour
Watch it start to finish, or jump straight to the part your club uses most.
// What's New
Your template now carries into the signed-in member site: dashboard, calendar, events, Trail Talk, trip reports and packs. Thirteen templates, including Cartographer, Trailhead, Build Sheet and High Beam.
Convoys, meetings, volunteer days and ticketed events, built in one place. Flights give one event several rides, each with its own leader, departure and capacity.
Members pick flights, tickets, their party and waivers, pay if needed, and get a QR event pass they can reopen any time.
Members scan the event's QR code, or a host scans their pass. Both work in a phone's browser.
A searchable Club GPX library with distance, elevation and downloads, and a full-width Live Map with today's convoys.
Trail Talk reads like a forum. Trip reports get bigger photos and comments, reactions work across discussions, and packs plan their own outings.
Its own workspace, a two-stage setup checklist, a member dashboard you arrange card by card, and separate homes for tickets and merchandise.
Give events, tickets, the newsletter, documents or meetings to a custom role, so your event lead or secretary can run their piece without full admin access.
Last login on the roster, member search by name, email or number, dated meeting minutes, and Sponsors and Partners on their own pages.
// New This Week
Turn it on and pick a start date. Members who have never signed in get three short emails from your club, each with a one-tap sign-in link. Big rosters go out in batches of 40 a day.
Convoy reminders, welcome emails, dues notices, meeting agendas and your newsletter now carry a personal link that signs the member straight in.
The Members card on your Admin Panel shows how much of your roster has signed in, with a progress bar.
The mobile apps are on their way. TrailConvoy for iPhone, iPad and Android has been submitted to the App Store and Google Play, and we expect both to go live this week.
